Organska Kontrola "OK" is the pioneering accredited certification body from Bosnia and Herzegovina involved in certifying organic agriculture since 2003. OK is accredited according to ISO 17065 by IOAS, and maintains its accreditation since 2007.

Since 2011, OK is recognized by the European Union as equivalent certification body (i.e. that OK standards and control system of organic products are equivalent to those laid down in EU Regulation 834/2007). „OK“ has been engaged in certification activities of organic production in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo.

OK is recognized in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council as competent to carry out controls and issue organic certificates in third countries for the purpose of imports of organic products into the Union.

MPŠVRS

In accordance with the Rulebook on Quality Systems for Food Products, Organska kontrola is authorized by the Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers as a conformity assessment body for products with protected designations of origin (PDO), protected designations of geographical indication (PGI) and guaranteed traditional specialty (TSG) per the proposal of the Food Safety Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
